Between the quiet talking/loud everything else (volume up... volume down...etc) and the strong accents, I can't tell what they're saying! Especially the army guy! Hope it doesn't make me miss much in the end!
Just watched the DVD I rented from Netflix, and the subs worked great. If you illegally downloaded it, well, you get what you paid for and really have no place to complain.
The real trick to life is not to be in the know, but to be in the mystery. -Fred Alan Wolf
In many countries downloading is legal. In fact, it may even be so in the USA - there has never been a single successful prosecution in the USA for just downloading. Its only the uploading part that is illegal - and even then that doesn't apply to every country.
Don't be ridiculous. In the USA, uploading and downloading is illegal and, if caught, punishable. $250,000 fine and/or 5 years in a federal prison, last I heard.
Comcast sends out cease and desist letters to subscribers they've tracked (not really hard to track any IP downloading), either downloading or uploading. It's repeat offenders who need to worry.
No. you are ridiculous and ignorant. Uploading yes, downloading no. since you are so sure why don't you post one actual case of a single person who has ever been convicted for downloading only. On all the US case law not one case of anyone ever being convicted -- or even losing a civil suit for downloading only. they all turn out to be people who also uploaded and the press does not note it, bur the case transcripts do.
And Comcast sends Cease and desist for uploading, not downloading.
I'm watching the film on television at the moment (Syfy channel via Sky) and there are no subtitles available. This is making it almost impossible to follow as I am partially deaf and the actors seem to be hardly moving their mouths when they speak so I can't even lip-read what they are saying
If you play it on VLC Player, you can play it as a subtitle track. Just put it in the same folder as the film file with the same name, and it will pop up in VLC as a subtitle track.
