When Jake is moaning about Layla he asks if Esther knows what it's like to cope with someone who is so self-obsessed (and other things, but I can't quite remember what) Esther replies "Yes acctually, have you met Kyle?"
"Manuel will show you to your rooms - if you're lucky"
When Esther tells Jake that Michael said her performance was inappropriate...
"Well, here's to inappropriate..."
That was the line that made me fall in love with the programme =D
