Question for those who have played...

I've heard this game it quite a lot like God of War. I've played God of War a few times and it really is awesome. Does this game have that really cool sequential thing happens in God of War when you are fighting a boss (triangle, square, triangle etc.)? I really don't care for the play station and if Dante's Inferno has that in it I'm sold. Thanks for the help.

I actually liked Dante's Inferno more than God of War III (I never played I or II). I thought the whole upgrade system was better in DI, the combat was a little more fluid and manageable than GOW, and the voice acting and level design was better. I know I'm in the minority here, but just my opinion.
