Interesting take on the song. It's not a direct translation, of course. But it's reminiscent of Funimation's re-recordings of DB's and DBZ Kai's songs.
I must admit I am not familiar with any english dub. It seems that the Filipino english version?
But why he changes the original 'Sparking!' with a 'Cha-la!'? And I miss the reference to the Genki-Dama.
I think this video is interesting: Full TV-size version of 17 different versions of 'Cha-La Head Cha-La', 17 different languages. I grow up with the Latinamerican version AKA Mexican (drops the 'Spatking!' but it's one of the few that keept the 'Genki Dama' reference), the japanese original by Hironobu Kageyama and also the spanish version (Spain, castellana), because where I born the movies were available in spanish-catalan dub (besides the pirate japanese copies), but the anime was broadcasted in the Latinamerican dub.

Well, saying "Sparking!" out of nowhere at the end of the song is pretty random as opposed to "Cha-la", which had already been repeated multiple times by then.
shareI guess that's why they dropped the "Sparking!" in the Latinamerican dub (translated should be "brillando", would definitely sound weird), but once you've heard the Japanese original, "Sparking" doesn't sound out of nowhere in an English version, IMHO.
