Suggestion for good site?

I watched DBZ back when it aired on CN, and haven't watched since the middle of the original airing of the Buu Sage, and recently decided to watch again. I just decided to check this out, because I like the shortened aspect of it, but I can't help but feel like I'm missing out on something important that was cut (which I wouldn't remember missing, since it was 10-15 years ago). So I'm wondering, is there a guide somewhere, where after you watch an episode (or anytime really), you can look and see what was cut? I found a Wikia guide, but the trivia didn't really have much. I'm not looking for something as detailed as Star Trek's Memory-alpha or anything, but something.

I was trying to add as Trivia items the most important cuts from the English dub of DBZ, since I found a site with the first episodes of that release (I am not from USA), but there where too many so I gave up, and also I just found few English episodes, I don't have access to the USA original dub, just to the Japanese one.
