Why did IMDB give Abraham Benrubi top billing?

....I thought Brodie/Bankie/Earl (Jason Lee) was the lead character.....this seems to remind me of a time when the guy who had that small role as the fat FBI agent who had flipped Big Pussy Bompensiero on The Sopranos had gotten billing ahead of Jamie Lynn Siegler (Meadow Soprano).
The lead should have top billing.

It looks as thought the lead (regular) cast is listed alphabetically.
