SPOILERS.

Ride Along is surprisingly entertaining, after Rush Hour the majority of movie fans expected another boring buddy cop action flick, but in my opinion Ride Along has a better storyline, it isn't your basic cop movie, one of the main characters isn't even a cop and the reasons for them riding around together wasn't standard like bad boys and rush hour.



I beg to differ. Rush Hour wasn't without it's problems but at least Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan's chemistry was way better and had some funny moments. Ride Along started off promisingly in the beginning but the rest of the movie is just typical scattershot humor without any subtlety. The chemistry between Kevin Hart and Ice Cube was decent, but even that didn't disguise how stale and annoying this flick is.
