Absolutely terrible

I unfortunately have to agree. I wanted so desperately to find things to like but it fell so short on so many different levels. Weird acting, choppy editing and a totally flat climax. Couldn't believe it was made by the same woman who did AMERICAN PSYCHO/BETTY PAGE, etc.

Scott Speedman looked incredibly uncomfortable during the Q & A - you could sense he, too, was embarrassed.

Such a shame.

Agreed! Scott Speedman was sitting behind me and spent most of the film sighing loudly, laughing at the most inappropriate moments and almost all of the Q&A arms crossed, off to one side staring at the floor. You could tell he wasn't exactly happy about how the film turned out. :/

I didn't stay for the Q & A, but after thinking back to how Scott was on stage during the introductions, I remember how embarrassed and uncomfortable he looked.

The director said that half the people in the audience went to school with her. I take it the majority of the others were family. They were the ones clapping at the end.

This is most upsetting. I will still go see when this comes out here but my expectations are now low, low, low.

This isn't nearly as bad as you people are making it out to be. It's better than 90% of vampire movies that have come out in the past 12 years.

Perhaps you could talk about why you thought it was terrible. I found it to be quite a good film.
