I have no problem with 'suspension of disbelief'...

...and with literary license, all that...

But it seems a bit much to begin an episode with a scene clearly set at night, late at night (perhaps 'early in the morning', as in 1 or 2am), and then have the episode get underway at the hospital, clearly many, many hours later, during daylight hours, with the 'rescuing' doctor accompanying the victim.

Me nitpicking? Yeah. But as a screenwriter, I would never even consider taking such liberties. If it doesn't make sense, you cannot use it. (Especially in a setting where things have to add up; this is flesh-and-bone drama, here.)

Sure, I get how they have to have a full day available to them for an episode, that this crew is not a 'night shift' crew...but I found this a little much.
