i really don't like csi and the start to every show is just like csi, where they show the person getting hurt with alot of difference cameras but they become a hospital show trying to save them and not in a lab seeing how they got hurt , this is not close to as good as er

House has this same method for some of it's episodes. It's just a convenient way to start the episode while drawing people in.
It's not original but I don't see what's wrong with showing how the patients ended up in the hospital. It's more entertaining then one of the paramedics or nurses just rambling off what happened or using flashbacks. I hate the over use of flashbacks. If it's an interesting story or part of the plot just start there.
