OMG the fake laugh!!! It make me want to put a foot through my tv...I don't watch the show because it's stupid, but if there was NOTHING else on I might watch it if that host was gone.
I honestly would be content breaking my television after watching 5 minutes of him...
He's okay to watch most of the time but when he makes those forced laughs, I cringe. It's painful to watch him try to laugh like something is phenomenally funny. It's horrible.
shareWhen you have a loud personality like that you either like or hate the guy. I mainly liked him as a good fighter and because he does some ridiculous taunt crap even in big fights.

i know for a fact it isn't scripted, its mtv, so ya its cheesy, but its entertaining. what is it with people having to piss and moan about every freakin' show? is it that hard to flip a channel? i like mayhem, he's a good fighter,he's fearless,and hyper. and yeah, he has a lisp, but you can't help something like that. so go watch ER or something if this isn't up to the tv standards of you all.

I never said I didn't like the show, asshat. I just said that Mayhem annoys me. I LIKE the show. If you could stop sucking the guy's dick for long enough, then maybe you wouldn't overlook things.

shareIDK he's mostly ridiculous in a good way ... IMHO and the show is definitely ridiculous, but if I want to watch plain vanilla I watch those shows instead. If I want to watch ridiculous, I watch THIS! :P

And why would these MMA fighters agree to something that's so scripted?? They wouldn't want their names attached to something like that if it was.
Mayhem is awesome. He's been HIM throughout the show. If you watch his fights then you'll see that he's exactly the same on and off the show.

Id wager the dude is really ADD, like a medical diagnosis of ADD- not where people get bored and exaggerate they are ADD. That would explain a lot of his behavior. But it probably helps him as a fighter too.
