Way too low of a rating


I can't believe that this film only has a 6.6! I'm not saying it's the greatest thing ever made, but I think that Andy Samberg and Rashida Jones both did an AMAZING job portraying how painful this situation is for people. I think it deserves a lot more credit. I'd give it like an 8. I liked the way it was filmed, too. The cinematography made it very emotional with all the closeups and blurred shots.

Also...I cried a lot.

Yes I completely agree!

IMDB ratings are usually very close to how I would rate films for the most part, but this is one of the exceptions for me. This film seems to really divide opinions. It's very much character driven so relies heavily on a deep empathy with the characters and their predicament in order to work, and this empathy seems to be far from universal.
