Those two guys that were buying shoes from ice-t. They would have taken those shoes for free and walked out of the store knowing that was wrong if given the chance.

shareRight, but it was all under the table which is illegal. My point is they exposed them trying to walk out the store after doing an illegal act - taking the shoes without properly paying for them. The shoes cost more than $60 (can't remember the actual cost). But Ice - as the salesperson - told the guy he would let him walk out of the store with the shoes - without properly paying the store for the shoes - if he gave him - not the store - 60 bucks.
That is a crime.
