I might be wrong but if I am not then look at the case : When the movie posters make you believe it is, then they definitely have nothing original inside !

No need to be condescending. Yes, this is one Bollywood movie that is a legitimate remake. However, there are plenty of other high profile Bollywood movies that don't secure permission, copy other movies, and pass them off as their own creation.
BTW, that link you had made a mistake. The original Death at a Funeral was a British movie, not a Hollywood one.
Yes. I have watched 2 movies this weekend and both of them are cheap copies of English movies. I see you -- "Just like Heaven" and this one.
