When will we finally get to see this sexy Vampire Film?

People have been waiting for a very long time,now! This has been a hit all over the Orient, and Russia,Ukraine and Turkey have even blogs and Fan Bases on it: It certainly looks that kind of decadent, sexy,indulgent guilty pleasure Vampire story that could make look TRUE BLOOD like a sleep inducing night cap!
I've heard this is not out in the States yet,because of litigation between the Producers and the Distribution's agents! We wanna see this cult of a movie, guys, get over it, and make it available,please: it looks awesome!
People was even buying it (illegally)from the Unicorn's site (the Hong Kong"s Distributor who was selling until a few months ago,the movie in the Western World) for an absurd,over priced amount! But those who got it, had said it was totally worth it!
