A Worthwhile Movie About Life (contains spoilers)

A film well worth watching. Fine acting from a strong cast. The story line is panned by other posters as being thin and unresolved; but, in my opinion, the film paints a picture of a life event, and perhaps one that is not uncommon (judging by social gossip, and novels). The development of the story elements probably flag the likely ending, but "the journey" is sensitively told and as the ending of the film drew closer I found that my interest in the outcome got stronger.
(If one were to surmise the story in the future I would suggest: (a) Anna realises that an exciting relationship is what she wants, (b) this will require a pretty active sex life, and that since Alessio is a bit of a flat battery in this regard she is likely to leave him, and (c) she will search for a new and fulfilling relationship, so the tryst has helped her grow.)
