This was a great show. It was just a head of it's time. I think if they had made it later, it would've been a success. We move through phases in entertainment, first it was Vampires (twilight, vampire diaries, true blood) then zombies (the walking dead, warm bodies) and now it's the season of the witches (American horror story: coven, witches of east end and the soon to be Salem).
shareI miss it a lot, too. But on the bright side, Witches of East End will likely last at least a few seasons, and it's from Maggie Friedman (the creator of Eastwick) and while they're different they have some of the same charm, IMO.

shareIt didn't last long. I think Eastwick was much better than East End and probably would have done better if it were on today
