NO. One writer for MTV blogged that it was staged. ONE. WRITER. That doesn't make it true. Eminen's reaction seemed too real to be staged. What's more, he got humiliated on NATIONAL TELEVISION by having an crotch in his face (not to mention, a face in his crotch), and walking out like that just made him look like a dick. It wasn't much of a payoff if the whole thing was a joke.

I think by making this announcement they're just trying to help Eminen save face (and crotch).

No, actually we know Eminem either won't say anything or will agree with the blog post. Sorry we aren't all gullible, we can see the difference between acting and real. We also know when a network is lying. It amazes me how many of you idiots believe a blog from a writer.

Oh, the sweet sweet feeling of being right. Eminem released a statement saying he pulled it off better than he thought he would, and then went back to his hotel and laughed for three hours. But thanks for calling me gullible:).

just because eminem said it was staged, doesn't mean it was. He is probably just scared *beep* of cohen. cuz he knows if he pisses him of he will murder eminem.

No, they didn't. The closest thing to a confirmation from someone that didn't have a reason to lie would be Ryan Seacrest, after the show, when he posted that it was real and he really stormed off in a tantrum.

Eminem's got talent -- and he's very funny, but only in a controlled environment. He doesn't play well with others if the joke's on him.
