I read this manga online yesterday that was EXACTLY like this! Even the characters had the same name!

The mangas name is Boku no Hatsukoi wo Kimi ni Sasagu

Actually, the movie was based on the manga... So yeah, the plot is the same and the characters have the same names. But I did'nt read the whole thing yet, did the movie do any justice to it? I hope it did. (:
