How bad is the nudity?
The rating description talks about it but how long exactly do I have to see old man parts?

shareYou can see private parts only in few scenes and even if there is nudity many of the scenes are so dark that you can't see them.
shareThere's a lot of shots where you can see old-man-penis, but it never lingers on them. They're usually in the background, out of focus or in darkness.
Also, who cares? It's just a penis.

An old one at that.
It's very much a non-issue. It's not in your face or anything. If we weren't so 'protected' from images of the naked body in the first place, you wouldn't even notice, because it's just incidental that these humanoid beings are naked (and it makes perfect sense that they would be).
In reference to the rating, I think it's ridiculous that the nudity contributes to the R Rating. The language, yes. The gore, yes. The 'thematic elements' - yes. But the nudity? There isn't even the slightest hint of a sexual context. This stuff is kosher for general audiences - little children included!

I don't get people's disdain for male nudity, especially in the context of this movie. The "santas" were presented as wild animals, and like animals they are nude.
To answer the OP, it's nothing unnerving, usually they're in shadows. The exposition is similar to Dr Manhattan's member in The Watchmen.
Finally, if you can't handle a man's nudity, you're not cut out for the real world. Going to the gym must be one difficult endeavour!
