Hilarious!

I know this show is aimed at young children, but I’m 21 and love it! At times the humour can appeal to both adults and children – one of my favourite sketches has to be the seventeenth-century wifeswap between the miserable Puritan and the merry pro-Restoration couple:

I agree, i'm 25 and i think it's the best comedy on the BBC. Just watched the episode you were talking about, it's brilliant.

Sssshhh, but, I'm 28, my fiancé is 31 & my dad is 50. All of us watch the show...

Only just discovered it, and it's hilarious!! I liked "This Is Your Life" in which all Henry VIII's guests and "loved ones" were the corpses of people he'd had executed! "Nice to see the old gang back together, eh?!" The "Sharp Stones" stone-age infomercial is also a hoot. Brilliant show, tons of fun.

When I think up a decent sig...I'll let you know.

Well I'm nearly the big 4 0 and I think it's, along with Big Babies, one of the best things on the box. Reminds me of some of the stuff I watched as a kid that was educational and entertaining.
The songs are snappy and the jokes are funny (unlike a majority of stuff on the box).
It's one of those things that they should show in school to get kids interested in history.
One thing though- Hitler wasn't a vegetarian despite what the show said. Sorry I'm anal about such things!

I'm 23 & I'm addicted to it, absolutely hilarious a million times better than any other sketch show on the BBC, I think it has a great team of comedy writers behind it which explains it & the cast are great!

I am loads more than 21, and I just caught one episode, watching with my 11 year old. I thought it was marvellous. We both laughed out loud at just about every sketch, and there was some pathos too. The one I saw had a song about the Greeks that was brilliant - like one of Eric Idle's best pastiches - rhyming "go go" "yo yo" and "know know". I found it hard not to applaud.

Totally admirable program. Informative. Great comedy, great acting and really great writing.
