I could just as easily watch the movie and figure it out myself, but I figured someone here must know the prayer or blessing Frog uses to turn the water to Holy Water at the end of the movie.
I plan to use it in a fanfiction.

I played back the scene and can confirm that Edgar clearly is saying, "Non illic resideat spiritus pestilens..." in his close-up, and it sounds like the he continued the blessing as the music cranked up and we were shown the effects of his work.
