She has not reached the same level of acting in her subsequent films that she shows here.

Agree.

Have neither of you seen Silver Linings Playbook, for which she won the best actress award from the Academy, Critics Choice, and Golden Globe? I have not seen her give a poor performance in anything, although I have not seen any of the Hunger Games movies.

She would have won those awards for this film had she been as popular then. The performance in this movie is superior.

Perhaps. Or maybe if the movie itself had been more popular--not with the critics, but with audiences in general--that also might have gotten her the award.
