This is literally one of the worst movies I have ever seen. Utterly pointless.

oh and by the way leave your gun and put a bag over your head and drive out here so we can cut your dads hands off but dont you tell *beep* about where this place is (its a *beep* pond in the dark), though it would have been easier if we just cut his hands off and leave them on your doorstep

apparently this is a great film where she "pieces together the truth". what truth? her dad was into meth or crack or some *beep* that was spelled out in the first minutes. No other facts were added.

The south is cold and dark and full of rednecks

I was gonna go back and try rewatch it (didn't finish it), but I think ill just leave it as 'that film where that redneck girl looked for her dad'

You are right - I could sum up this movie into "white trash girl walks around white trash neighborhood, get beaten and find body of her white trash father" - what a meaningful story. compared to this I feel Nebraska or Mud are masterpieces.

Could not agree more with the OP. Though the language used by him was a bit harsh but that movie was very boring and devoid of an interesting script.
