Still can't believe how poorly they handled Shockwave in this film

I loved his design in the movie, he looked bad ass but my he barely does anything, doesn't even kills anything and then gets taken out so easily by a few humans and his eye gets broken so easily took. It was so disappointing how they handled him in the film specially after how much he was hyped during the promotion in the trailers and such.

It's my biggest gripe with the film. The bait-and-switch worked I'll admit, I wasn't expecting Sentinel Prime to be the villain. Not sure why Bay felt the twist was needed.

Yeah they could have still kept the twist but made Shockwave a bigger more prominent threat. Such a disappointment considering how he is one of the main big bads in the cartoons.
