I do wish that mikael a was in the film since I felt that her break up with Sam was rather out of character considering how much the two went through together, it would have been better if mikael a was better off as being killed off thus a better reason why Sam was worried about his relationship with Carly figuring she would have suffered the same fate.

Yeah I agree. Mikaela and SHia went through so much together and loved each other in the first two movies, and then to just explain in the third movie "that last girl dumped him" as in Mikaela apparently dumped Shia just seems so so off to me and doesn't make much sense, considering how much they seemed to love each other and everything they went through together in the first 2 movies. Oh well, guess that's just a reminder that movies aren't real, because the reality is Steven Spielberg had Megan Fox fired because she compared Michael Bay to Hitler in some interview.
