Head security guy in Detroit scene

Does anyone know who played the confrontational blue-eyed bald-ish head security guy who was threatening the the portagonists in the scene before they play their concert in Detroit (the one that leads to a riot)? I've looked and looked endlessly at the complete cast here on IMDb (even in the long list of uncredited roles) and I can't for the life of me find him. I know I've seen his face before and it's been bothering me since yesterday.

He was on true blood as well, don't know the actors name though.

I had to search Google fairly hard and wide but after my findings, IMDb did list the the actor in the Cast. His name is Greg Collins and they have him listed as Joe Louis Police.

I forgot he played as Gabe in True Blood as one of the head Fellowship of the Sun guys under Steve Newlin's cult but actually the movie that had me ondering where I had seen him turned out to be Police Academy 6, City Under Seige. He played the head SWAT guy that blondie, big-boobs Callahan was all ga ga eyes over when she said, "my, what a big gun"....
