I just got back from the Boston screening, I thought it was alright, the ending was simple to figure out halfway through. The acting was OK overall, Ben Barnes was the only one who didn't really do it for me. It was only 70 minutes so that was nice, they didn't try and drag anything else. I had a good time watching it. I'd give it 1 6.5/10.

shareI think it'll be released on DVD eventually, I don't see it being completely shelved. It was VERY short, but that was good for it. It kept me interested, it jumped right into the plot and didn't stop much. Overall it was enjoyable :)

shareOkay, what the heck?? Is this movie ever getting released anywhere?? It's so frustrating for fans and it must be terribly frustrating for the actors and other people who have worked on the film. I can't find any news on it at all. Meanwhile all these sketchy websites claiming to have the movie available for download are driving me crazy!! I can't imagine it never seeing the light of day because there are some god awful things out of DVD!!! How do those things make it???
shareI totally agree! I have seen some TERRIBLE movies with complete no-names, no marketing, no trailers. Just saw them on a wall at Blockbuster or they were streaming on Netflix and thought they sounded interesting. THEY somehow got a DVD release.
This has some relatively well-known names attached and seems like a really interesting story from a decent trailer. We can't even get a morsel of information on it, much less a direct-to-video release?
Right?!? I'm going to keep making a fuss about this until something happens.

I just saw this on Mexican cable, LOL.
It's pretty terrible. It's sort of another re-hash of An Occurrence at Owl Creek and reminded me of the movie Stay with Ewan McGregor. I didn't like Stay but it at least had good actors and incredible visuals.
This one is dimly lit and the lead actor is just not good. It's honestly just not worth the wait, you guys.
I don't care how bad people say this is. I still want to see it. It's Ben Barnes!!! I would watch a film of him sitting reading a book for 2 hours. If it is playing on Mexican cable, hopefully it will be here in the states sometime soon. Thanks for letting us know.
shareOkay, I've written to Wrekin Hill Entertainment and emailed them multiple times. They supposedly bought the rights to this film back in March 2011 and their company, Underhill Films was going to release it to video on demand or DVD. The other movie they acquired at the same time is out on DVD and available for purchase on Amazon. it is so frustrating. I don't care how bad it is. There are plenty of crap movies out there. I want to see this movie so badly!! I may try calling them and seeing if I can find out anything.

Wow! Folks were waiting for this film for a long time...
I saw it come up as a streaming new release, so watched it last night.
I love Ben Barnes -- being shallow here, but he is some kind of eye candy.
And the plot line looked very intriguing.
That being said, the way they dressed him, his hair, some of his facial expressions & body movements -- was like a Ben Barnes' impression of a long-haired Lukas Haas, I kid you not.
I also didn't buy his character being once some high-powered guy in some high-powered job -- his character was just too mellow and not very imposing.
I know, I know re: the story and why that might be -- but, still didn't work for me -- wasn't convincing.
And even when he and the wife were getting along, I didn't feel any chemistry between the two.
Story was so-so unfortunately. Kind of meandering & repetitious in parts.
Other than that, it was okay.
