Rock was funny in this one and so was the rest of cast. I see people criticizing the movie but it's a family movie so just chill. I thought it was a good movie despite that anyway. TBH part 3 I wouldn't mind seeing whole cast reunite.

It was far better then it had a right to be. Anything with Micheal Caine is worth watching. The Rock was awesome as always and Vanessa Hudgens was just hot.

I watched this for my kids, only, and because it was a cheap 3D blu... But I did enjoy it far more than I ever expected, thanks almost entirely to Caine, The Rock and Guzman.
I will say it is far better than much of what's out there for kids. At least this promoted family values and could possibly encourage kids to read the books, something you can't say for most films.

I just bumped into the film on TV last night, I never even knew it existed before last night....I loved it!
I am in my 40s, I am not a kid, but it made me feel like a kid just watching it.
The movie was a nice change from the endless swearing/blood/guts/guns we get in most Hollywood action films these days. I could of done without Michael Caine flying on the back of a giant bee, but all in all it was a fine kid's film and I look forward to "Journey 3" where they go to the moon!
It was also nice that some effort was made on the musical score.
