Kind of a let down (spoiler, maybe)...

It seems like the movie tried to focus on to the political surroundings following Confucius rather then on the life and teachings of Confucius. Not to say it wasn't entertaining or that I didn't learn anything, but I think it could of been a better film if they cut down on the politics. I was suprised that the film didn't resolve the issue of whether or not he reunited with his family once back in Lu.
