So how did he kill the main bad guy in the end. Push him in the eye or the throat or did he live? And what was the body count ... And just how many bullets did his guns hold... Seemed like an awful lot...

The ending was so infuriating really... he contemplated letting that guy LIVE? After so many people the bad guy just send to their deaths? I would have asked the names of his brothers and sons first. The tell him I'll eliminate his bloodline before killing him lol.
Right? Like this scum bag is suddenly going to become a reasonable human being.
I gotta admit though; it would have been awesome if the guy had accepted Mills's offer, they became buddies, and he was there drinking a milkshake and laughing with them at the end.
