When the main star was killed, who was it that shot him? Was he the Asian cop in America?

He was indeed. That twist was an absolute waste of an otherwise acceptable movie...

Yeah it was that hardworking cop who plead about the injustice of murder of minorities not being looked into as much as whites

Which makes a whole lot of sense that he would be working for them... NOT
