I checked the cast list and who we get is Cyndy Day as "Pharmacy cashier"

No Eddie's mom either apparently

They probably haven't announced the cast yet, they're keeping it under wraps until the film comes out I think

It's surprising how many people are under the impression that the studios themselves update cast lists. You could update the cast list if you wanted to.

Or the friendly fulmouthed cab driver who takes Bill when he returns Derry as an adult. Although that'd be in part 2 if it gets to be made.

That was a surprisingly delightful part of the novel. Even the cab driver left an impression.

King was the pharmacy tech in Thinner.

So far as we know, no. Though, I would love a Tim Curry cameo appearance to pay homage to the mini-series. I think this role would suit him.
