After seeing both the films, I have to say that IMO Benjamin Button IS BEYOND BORING and WILL NOT FLY with Indian audiences.
Whereas BACK TO THE FUTURE WILL...PLEASE, REMAKE BACK TO THE FUTURE! I think it would be so much better!

I saw the promo and its inspired from B2TF but noway its a copy, its a time travel film, and theres always similarties between one another, AR looks fresh because the scenes and dialogues it totally different which shows director created his own identity. Thank god this accusation of being copy of curious case of benjamin button has come to rest.

A time travel film where he tries and gets his parents back together? Yeah, loads of those flying around. Just an "inspiration" and not a rip-off at all...
Thank god they didn't adapt Benjamin Button, the moronic, musical-loving Indian masses would never have got it even if their lives depended on it.

There are many elemts which are direct lifts from BTTF. So while i agree when people diss a Hindi movie saying that's it's a blatant copy, it is a fact that this one really is a rip-off. Just change the 50s to the 70s, and add in loads of pseudo-retro Bollywood style, song dance fashion routine.

but this is PURe CRAP
BTTF is pure gold , its a classic yet fresh even now, its not dated, the film has aged very well and on oct 26th it completed 25years
the new Blu ray is out and its marvellous to look at , so see BTTF on blu ray and let akshay kumar die a slow painful death for making such crap films

BTTF is a classic, and will remain onec. You can never get bored of it.
This film (AR) is just the result of a guy who lacks imagination, but has loads of money and the backing of Akshay Kumar.

its got the SAME story as back to the future, it even has a same scene as BTTF where the old bully makes fun of the father and the father is ashamed but does nothing...
the time machine (movie) has no connection to BTTF, coz they lack the same story, AR is a ripoff, no amount of saying otherwise will make it so
