This is a perfect example of how Conspiracy Theorist cherry pick and leave out what doesn't make their story more sensational.
Yes, a passport was found. Oooooo spooky. But then you find out the rest of the story. clothes, jewelry, shoes, credit cards, gas cards, human limbs and various luggage items were found near the site or on building surrounding it or a couple of blocks away.
with that said, it really takes the wind out of the oh so shocking passport. And it wasn't in pristine condition, and most importantly wasn't even found by law enforcement but a passerby who handed it to LE.
This is not beyond the scope of mathematical possibilities.Therefore it was hardly worth mentioning.
