What did he say?


Ian Dury's (Andy Serkis) voice was so gravely and the Essex(?) accent was so thick I could only understand half the words he was saying, and not that much more for the rest of the characters. If you're going to release a DVD in America from England, Scotland, Ireland, Australia and even Canada (and heck, why not the U.S., too) they should be required to have English language subtitles as well as foreign language films.

Sorry,am I to understand that what you are proposing is that all English language movies released in the United States,including those in American English,should be subtitled ? Why not just turn on the subtitles for those with hearing difficulties ?
