Something different about Alyssa Milano's face

I think she still looks good, but there is just something different/odd about it now. It might be her mouth.

I think it's her hair and the fact that she needs those oil wipes.

What makes her face look odd, especially when she smiles (or tries to imitate a smile), is that she can't move her cheek muscles, so the corners of her mouth point up but the rest of the face stays the same - very creepy. That's one of the side effects of botox, I guess.
