One comment.

This is a comment, not a criticism. In most other films about serious crime in the U.S. Detectives are shown as working in pairs. I have no knowledge of police working practices, but if Loki had taken somebody with him, even a trainee detective or ex uniformed colleague in plain clothes, especially when searching premises where he suspected there were hostages or dangerous criminals, then the case would have been solved much faster, probably saved lives and come to a different conclusion, but 'that's Hollywood'.
I really enjoyed the film which held the attention to the end 10/10.
