SPOILERS!!!

i did a bit of research online but couldn't find out if they actually got the "right man". i'm not sure if that was "fact" about luke or just implied. it would be a shame if the DA wouldn't have gone after luke even after all this time. they do that with holocaust offenders, don't they?

just a side note...why the note necessary with spoilers all the time? if you haven't seen the movie, why would you go here?
