Orphan is very similar in tone to the Final and some people do cheer for the "antagonist" while others hate her (she fights her bully, too). Let Me In and the film it's based on Let The Right One In, I heard were pretty good.
@eric, thanks! Actually I saw all of the movies you listed and yeah you should defin watch Let the right one in, it's worth it .( check out the original if you can , explains a lot ) If you come up with any other good or new ones let me know . I'm always looking
