I liked the line about shaving with a rock on the dull side! I agree with the person that said that-XTC. And also with the person that said it was cute. Remember it was written for kids and rated G. Although I must say it did get a little overly silly at times, but I would never call it horrid at all.

I actually wrote my own little review about this on the front page although it is not a top 10 of the year people need to watch it for what it is, a kids movie. I know my niece very much enjoyed it, and I certainly did not expect to learn a revelation out of watching it, so can't really complain in that regard. Sure it wasn't Monster's Inc or a big disney/pixar movie but the demographic it was aiming for (young girls) it looked like it hit the spot. People need to relax unless the person complaining is in the demographic, in which case complain away its a free world and I can't hate in that regard because I know if a movie was made with me in mind and it failed I would tear it apart with words of course, never violence :)

your obviously not going to go into this movie with expectations for actors like johnny depp and will smith like seriously dude just dont be soo grumpy and critical

The fact that you are challenging such an obvious kid flick speaks volumes about you. Either develop the skills to become a real critic or go find something you are actually good at.
