Camp supposed to be on a lake. Lakes don't have tide lines
They refer to the camp being on a lake, but you can clearly see the tide lines on the shore. Looking at the scenery, it looks like its on the south coast of BC, near Vancouver.
shareLines don't have to be made by tide, but by different height of water due to climate condition, depending on the location of the lake. If the lake lies in a valley between mountains where a lot of snow melts in spring, for several weeks or even months the level of the lake can raise and leave the line visible after the water returns to its usual volume.
