About an hour and change into this dude, I was thinking what a waste of beautiful and talented actors on such a lame script. Remember thinking the same about "Obsession" with Idris Elba, Ali Larter, and Beyonce. It would have been a better movie with a bunch of unknowns in a badly produced movie. Go big or go home. I thought the old cat was going to be in a pot of boiling water, ala Fatal Attraction.

Obsession was just as bad as this. But Bough Breaks had better actors. Beyonce can't act for sh-t so that is what was wrong with that movie.
Agree. Though, Obsessions was horrible in so many ways. That's with the actors being sucky.... and especially Beyoncé. I can't stand to watch her act in any film.
I have to say this movie was way better. There were actually scene that made me feel like having anxiety and the suspense was decent. Not AMZING but decent.
People keep saying there was no twist but there was. 1:The girl was scheming with a boyfriend.
2:She didn't intend to kill Laura... until the very end when she figured out he was tricking her.
3:He didn't hit on her or sleep with her! He actually kept away from her...
To me, those stood out as being different from other films.
