Might be hard to consider someone or something who casts Sam Worth-less-ington in the lead.

It just that i touhgt about it after reading in another post about the preliminar screenings that the movie was actually good, but the poster that was realesed makes me think that is going to be promoted as an action film, which it isn't a good move.

Unlikely. The first advance screenings were almost a year ago (Oct. 2010) so it's been gathering dust all this time. That's never a good sign.

No really, this is a small thriller.
But I can be wrong, after all The Silence of the Lambs that was just a little scary thriller won the 5 major academy awards and is considerd one of the greatest films ever made.

Silence was not a small movie, it had a big budget and full support of the studio in terms of marketing.

The thought of oscar never popped up during the entire time watching it. Except for Sam Worthington for best actor, obviously.

He was terrible, and always is, there's no way this guy will ever get praise for his acting let alone an Oscar.
