Here's What Happens **Spoilers**'

Girl is found dead. Two dicks start investigating.

Another girl is found dead in another jurisdiction. It's being investigated by the ex wife of the younger dick. Apparently he was an ahole of a husband.

Young cop, lives alone and lonely with dog. He's cynical. Older cop lives with wife, kids and is haunted by other cases that he didn't solve. He's religious and prays for the victims.

They see like Annie who they know as an abused. They take her home, where mom does drugs and men. She kicks Annie out when she's working as a whore along with her older brother. Creepy friend with glasses is friend of brother.

Blonde white trash and black trash know each other. White trash is focused on Annie. Why? Black and white yeah are under suspicion for killing first girl.

Meanwhile, there's a girl found dead in the killing fields, outside jurisdiction. Older guy is reluctant to help the younger cops wife who is investigating that crime, because of problems from helping in the past. Younger cop says don't do it. We have enough problems with our own murders.

Another girl is found without hands in killing field. Now older cop is sucked in to belong younger cops ex wife. Meanwhile both of then are still investigating first case which brings then to black guy and on the periphery the white trash guy. They are also suspicious on glasses guy and trying to keep an eye on Annie and protect her.

Younger guy is getting closer to solving first girls death. Black and white guys are pimps. They are hiding evidence because, yes, they killed the girl, ending in big shootout.
