I know they announced a sequel to Daddy's Home. Why can't we get a sequel to The Other Guys?

Or a spin-Off about highsmith and danson??

It would have to be a prequel. Even then, I don't think it would work knowing that they jumped off of a building and ultimately died in the most dumbest way possible.

Besides, they were just introductory characters. The main focus was always going to be Gamble and Hoitz.

Could an actual sequel work? Sure, if done correctly. They could give us some insight as to what they're up to nowadays.
