Vicky Cristina Barcelona... Fez?

Was it me or when he was saying Vicky Cristina Barcelona, he was just mimicking Fez from that 70's show.

I'm watching it now and haven't heard that part yet. Did he pronounce Barcelona like BAR-THA-LONA?? If so, it's because that's how you pronounce it in Castilian Spanish.
