Caught this on DVD 2 years later

Really good adult sitcom with the unusual musical element as an added draw.

The second and fifth episodes especially had me roaring, but it was consistently well scripted, plotted and played. What a great cast of characters. Jane's deadpanning kills me and Dom is so OTT it's hilarious. Lindsay initially struck me as too similar to the same actor's character in The IT Crowd, but that thought was laid to rest as the series progressed.

How bizarre that it was only shown on ITV2 (where frankly I was never going to stumble across it) and wasn't given a second series... :-[

With a bit of promotion and a repeat run on ITV1, this would have been a deserved big hit. Channel 4 would've given it a chance for sure. Or the Beeb.
