Masochistic confusion.

There are probably a good many people whose sexual fetishes include whips and high heels. Maybe this movie could get their pulse racing a la Blue Velvet, but I found it a bit confusing as far as the spate of revenge killings is concerned.
It would be difficult to rate this movie higher than 'B', due to the questionable plot and so-so acting, but it was still almost interesting.
