SPOILERS!!! But About The Mourge Scene.

OK, this contaisn spoilers so, don't read if you don't want to now what happens.

OK, still going.

Now, last Chance.

Well, when Senestro kills whatshisface the evil Squid guy, he convinces the Guardians Hal must have been the one who shot Squid guy.

There's already a thread about the Telepathy issue and "Ballistics" of the Rings, so I won't touch upon that. However, three things bother me still.

01: Why dd the Guardians up and fire Hal? I know Killing is not desirable, especially if they wanted an investigation but if they thought Hal shot him in Self Defence when going under, wouldn't that mitigate things a bit? Especially as he's a rookie? Why just fire him?

02: As there weere no Witnesses, why didn't they allow soem doubt and do a Longer Trial?

03: This is my bigest concern. If Senestro is able to reconnect SYnapsis in the Brain of a dead body, enugh to revive said body, restore its ability to talk, and gain information from it, wodln't other Lanterns, or the Guardians be able to do that? WHy nto just ask the Man who was killed who had kille him?

WHy was Senestro the only one able to do this?

Anyway, just my THoughts.

1: According to the Guardians, Hal should never have gotten himself into a position where he might have to kill Kanjar Ro, since Ro was essential to finding out what happened to the Yellow Element. Even if he had killed him in self defense, (Guardian logic) he should have waited for backup.

2: The Guardians are REALLY full of themselves.

3: My interpretation: That's not the Guardian way of doing things. They explain this to Sinestro when chiding him for his brutal tactics: "The Green Lantern Corps is an ideal. You don't save it by forgetting what it stands for."

The Guardians COULD do that, but may have considered that unacceptable behavior.

If that answer doesn't sound good, maybe Sinestro's the only one to think to try something like that. When thinking of how to get the information he needed though Kanjar Ro had become uncooperative, he said to himself something like "Eh, could work." before firing the fatal shot.
